The first step is to add users (employees) into your system.
Simply fill in this screen and assign security level 1 to 5. Assign yourself a 5. Then give the user names and passwords to your group. Tell them to go to WebOfficeSystem.com to log in. You might as well jump in.

The next step is to add contacts to your database
Everyone in your group should be entering and updating contacts. Notice the Newsletter and Enewsletter check boxes on the contact screen. We highly recommend monthly Enewsletters and quarterly Newsletters. The important thing is to build your contact database, hopefully to 1,000 or more.

Finding contacts is easy
Just type in the first three letters of any business name, contact name, or whatever and you'll get a list of contacts. Select the contact to go to the contact screen above. The idea is to get all your people working from the same contact database.

The final step is to start adding jobs
To open a job fill in this screen as follows:
1. Give the job a name
2. Assign the client
3. Assign the priority
4. Assign the worker
5. Estimate the hours
6. Describe the job
When this person logs in this job will be in their queue.
